- Las
columnas en amarillo (Cotización actual, Máx año y Mín año) se
actualizan automáticamente de Google Finance.
- Las columnas en naranja
(Precio RADAR, DPA y BPA) son valores fijos que iré actualizando
manualmente.
- Las columnas en blanco (% precio RADAR, RPD, PER y Payout)
se actualizan automáticamente mediante fórmulas y se colorean de rojo en
los siguientes casos:
% al precio RADAR: si es menor del 5%
RPD: si es mayor del 3,5%
PER: si es menor de 15
Payout: si es menor del 70%
Es bastante intuitivo, ya que un valor se pone interesante si se
encuentran las 4 columnas en rojo. A partir de ahí, habría que estudiar
la empresa más en profundidad. Espero que os sirva de ayuda.
Hay alguna particularidad como en los casos de los REITs y de KMI,
en los que el cálculo de Payout y PER se realiza con los Fondos de Operaciones
(FFO) y con el Cash Flow de Distribución (DCF) en lugar del BPA respectivamente.
